Our three signature programs work together so youth can move from curiosity to solutions—and communities can act on what young people are telling us.
Innovation Cohorts
Hands-on experiences where youth identify real challenges, strengthen ideas, prototype solutions, practice entrepreneurship, and build confidence through action.
Youth Voice & Innovation Insights Lab
Responsible surveys, listening, youth-led research, challenge mapping, dashboards, reports, and recommendations that help partners make better youth-informed decisions.
Changemaker Challenge
A showcase and recognition platform where young people present solutions, receive feedback, connect with mentors, and move promising ideas toward implementation.

The YIP journey is: Starting Point → Learning → Evidence → Showcase → Advancement → Next Opportunity. Digital tools will support this pathway only as proof pilots validate the workflows that youth, facilitators, and partners actually need.
