Young InnoPreneurs works with schools, youth-serving organizations, foundations, companies, and civic partners to turn youth voice into learning, evidence, action, and opportunity for young people ages 11–24. Partners can commission a defined experience, fund access, bring a real community challenge, or help create the next opportunity for promising youth work.
Schools & youth organizations
Host cohorts, community challenges, showcases, or youth-listening engagements with structured delivery and measurable outcomes.

Program and Lab engagements are scoped around cohort size, duration, partner support, safeguarding, and evidence requirements; we clarify the investment after a short discovery conversation.

How a partnership moves from idea to evidence
We start with a short discovery conversation to clarify your priorities and the youth or community you want to serve. From there, we configure the smallest useful proof engagement, confirm outcomes, roles, safeguards, timing, and funding, then move into a clear scope or SOW. After delivery, we review evidence, partner feedback, actual costs, and the next decision: continue, adapt and retest, scale, or pause. The PROVE-stage workflow is: Diagnostic → Placement → Learning → Evidence → Showcase → Advancement → Next Opportunity. Pilot investment is scoped to participant count, facilitation, partner support, safeguards, evidence requirements, showcase or mentoring needs, and follow-through. We start with the smallest useful engagement and expand when the evidence and opportunity justify it.
